As a team, this has been particularly frustrating as we have made a significant effort over the past few years focusing on improving your service levels experienced. To recap, we would like to highlight that the outage was the result of unprecedented, multiple failures across redundant circuits from our partners.
We are pleased to announce that all services have fully resumed. Should you still be experiencing any service interruptions, please contact us.
We would also like to apologise for the limited availability of our support staff. During the incident, our support center was inundated with contacts.
Lastly, we would like to reassure you that despite the nature of this unforeseeable incident, our new data center comes with improved performance and we are investigating ways in which additional resilience can be achieved through other vendors. Further announcements regarding these enhancements will be made in due course.
